We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this platform independently. Users under the age of 16 may only access the platform with verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the platform require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@gadihoe.info if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Gadihoe is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with Gadihoe permitting commercial use. Access to course content is granted for your individual learning and may not be redistributed.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:

- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the platform

- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Harassing, threatening, or harming other users or Gadihoe staff
- Using the platform to promote or distribute unsolicited commercial communications
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform Content
All content available on the Gadihoe platform, including but not limited to lecture recordings, transcripts, written materials, graphics, audio, and software, is the intellectual property of Gadihoe or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
5.2 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use platform content solely for your personal educational purposes. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, modify, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any content beyond what is explicitly allowed within the platform interface.
5.3 User Submissions
If you submit any content to the platform, including forum posts, feedback, or responses, you grant Gadihoe a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.
6. Fees and Payments
Some courses or features on the platform may require payment. All fees are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise Gadihoe to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy applicable to a given course or subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with changes taking effect upon your next billing cycle or purchase.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. Gadihoe does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those parties.
8. Disclaimers
The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Gadihoe does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Educational content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or other regulated advice.
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all content, Gadihoe makes no representations or guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of any material for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gadihoe and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Gadihoe in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Gadihoe with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
